Returns
As each item is carefully produced to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any other reason unrelated to a product fault.
Please refer to our size chart before placing your order. If you have any questions about sizing, feel free to contact us before purchasing.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue along with your order number.
If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major fault, is significantly different from its description, or fails to meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian law.
