Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During high-volume periods (such as drops or restocks), processing times may be slightly extended. We always work to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We offer two shipping options within Australia:
Standard Shipping
- Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days
- Cost: $12 AUD
Express Shipping
- Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days
- Cost: $15 AUD
Delivery times may vary depending on your location within Australia and Australia Post service availability.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- New Zealand: 5–10 business days
- Japan: 6–12 business days
- United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 7–15 business days
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in their country.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your shipment in real time.
Delays & External Factors
While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to:
- Postal service disruptions
- Customs processing (international orders)
- Peak shipping periods
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, but we will always support you in tracking your order if issues arise.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your order appears to be delayed or missing, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
